Valley Strong Credit Union, with over 25 locations, needed hybrid Livestream video conferencing over Zoom, Youtube Live, and Zoom Webinar for their All Team Meetings. Creative Consulting continues to produce these events with a multi-camera production that includes: 10 channels of wireless audio, on screen visual presentations, pre-produced video segments, in room image magnification with virtual presenters, and HD event capture for archived viewing.

Mobile Livestream Unit
Meet our suitcase style case, mounted on a tripod. With an Atomos Ninja V 4K recorder that doubles as a 4 channel switcher . 2 Wireless HDMI transmitters set on cameras for “walking/talking” angles, a third wide angle camera, HDMI in to the switcher. 4 wireless IFB units/earpieces for talent and camera operators. 10 wireless channels of audio for talent, 2 mics per talent (for redundancy), a Teradek Wave 7” monitor/streaming system with network bonding, sending out the signal to Zoom and bonding together 2x AT&T 5G and 1x Verizon LTE for uninterrupted streaming, and a Samsung Tablet/Laptop receiving Zoom so that the in house talent can view the session and see who is talking on confidence monitors. The wireless camera operators have gimbal balanced rigs for smooth shots as they move around.

Creative Consulting is known for having "backups for our backups". In the case of Live-streamed events, we always bring our own internet connection. We have multi-network bonded solutions that bring together AT&T and Verizon's LTE & 5G networks as well as a mobile Starlink Internet connection for blazing fast connection speeds.
